Description

Dreamweaver Complete provides web designers with the knowledge and hands-on practice they need to build and manage professional websites using Adobe Dreamweaver CS5.

Level:

This course is for those new to web design and development who want to use Dreamweaver CS5 to build intuitive, attractive and accessible websites.

Prerequisites

Students must be familiar with the basics of navigating a PC or a Mac. This course teaches how Dreamweaver CS4 utilizes these technologies, but does not teach these various concepts.

Topics include:

• Become familiar with the Dreamweaver workspace and tools
• Plan and define a web site
• Add folders and pages to a site
• Create a site map
• Basics of developing a web page including:
• Setting page properties
• Adding links to web pages
• Editing code
• Techniques for working with text and graphics
• Working with links
• Working with tables
• Layer based site design
